The South Goa administration has declared 31 out of 34 Primary Health Centres (PACS) as e-PACS in the first phase of the digitization drive.
The South Goa district administration has taken a significant step towards digital healthcare by declaring 31 Primary Health Centres (PACS) as e-PACS. This development is part of the first phase of a broader initiative aimed at modernizing healthcare infrastructure in the region.
Out of the total 34 PACS located in South Goa, the majority have now transitioned to the electronic system. The move is intended to streamline health records and improve the efficiency of services provided at the primary level.
The remaining three centres are expected to be included in subsequent phases of the project. The administration has emphasized that this digital shift will help in better data management and accessibility for patients.
