The first round of admissions for the 2026 NEET PG counselling in Madhya Pradesh has been suspended following an order from the Jabalpur High Court.
The Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Medical Education announced that the Round‑1 admission process for the 2026 NEET PG counselling has been placed on hold.
The suspension follows a stay order issued by the Jabalpur High Court after a petition raised concerns over aspects of the counselling procedure.
Candidates who have applied for postgraduate medical seats in the state have been asked to await further directions from the authorities.
The Directorate said it will resume the counselling schedule once the court lifts the stay, and will communicate any revised timelines to aspirants promptly.
