Indian Railways has announced the operation of four reserved festival special trains from Ludhiana to manage increased passenger demand during the upcoming holiday season.
The Indian Railways has scheduled four reserved festival special trains to operate out of Ludhiana. These services are intended to accommodate the surge in passenger traffic typically witnessed during the festive period.
The decision comes in response to the high volume of bookings expected as people travel for family reunions and holiday observances. By introducing these additional trains, the railway administration aims to ensure smoother travel conditions and reduce congestion at the station.
Passengers are advised to check the specific routes and timings of these special trains through official railway channels. The services will operate on a reserved basis, ensuring dedicated seating for ticketed travelers.
This move is part of a broader strategy by the railways to enhance connectivity and passenger comfort during peak travel seasons across the country.
