Farmers in Delhi have organized a tractor and bike rally to demand an increase in circle rates for their produce.
Farmers in the National Capital Territory have taken to the streets in a coordinated tractor and bike rally, voicing their demand for a revision in circle rates. The protest highlights the growing financial pressure on agricultural producers in the region.
The demonstration, reported by Amar Ujala, focuses specifically on the need to raise the minimum support prices for local crops. Farmers argue that current rates do not adequately cover their rising production costs.
By mobilizing through a visible rally, the agricultural community aims to draw administrative attention to their economic grievances. The event underscores the ongoing tension between market realities and the livelihoods of Delhi's farming sector.
