Bollywood Film 'The Odyssey' Claims $1.8 Billion Box Office, Needs Verification

The Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF) recently hosted a ceremony where the Bollywood film 'The Odyssey' was presented with an award. During the event, the film's producers made a bold claim, stating that 'The Odyssey' had grossed a remarkable $1.8 billion at the box office. This figure, if accurate, would make it one of the highest-grossing films of all time, both in India and globally. However, the DPIFF has not yet released an official statement confirming the box office figures. Independent sources are also yet to verify the claim. Until official confirmation is provided, the $1.8 billion figure should be treated as unverified.
