A woman in Saran district, Bihar, is accused of leaving her two young children in an auto-rickshaw and fleeing with her lover, allegedly taking jewelry worth 22 lakh rupees.
A disturbing incident occurred on Wednesday evening in the Manjhi police station area of Saran district, Bihar. A local woman has been accused of abandoning her two minor children in an auto-rickshaw at the Baliya crossing.
According to the allegations, the woman left the children unattended in the vehicle and fled the scene with her lover. Witnesses and family members claim that she took away valuable jewelry worth approximately 22 lakh rupees before disappearing.
Police have registered a case based on the complaints filed by the family. Authorities are currently investigating the matter and working to locate the woman and her companion. The two children were recovered from the auto-rickshaw and are safe.
