Police received a call at around 10 a.m. on Thursday when a woman was struck by a vehicle in Action Area I BG Block, New Town, Kolkata.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. She sustained injuries to her leg and wrist.
