An under‑construction building in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, collapsed early this morning, trapping three workers inside.
Rescue teams arrived within minutes, using hydraulic cutters and shoring equipment to pry open the rubble. They successfully extracted a woman who was found in a collapsed section and two men who were trapped in a lower floor.
The woman is reported to be in stable condition, while the two men were immediately transported to the district hospital for treatment of crush injuries.
Police officials confirmed that the collapse was due to structural instability and that the building had not yet received a completion certificate.
