The biopic starring Rajkummar Rao has amassed over Rs 21 crore at the Indian box office by its 13th day.
The film "Prahaar – The Ujjwal Nikam Story", featuring Rajkummar Rao in the lead role, continues its theatrical run across India. Market analysts note that the biographical drama, which chronicles the life of senior public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam, has resonated with audiences since its release.
According to trade reports, the movie's cumulative net collection has crossed the Rs 21 crore mark on its thirteenth day of exhibition. This milestone reflects steady footfall in both metropolitan multiplexes and smaller single‑screen venues, indicating a broad-based appeal.
Industry observers point to the film's performance as a sign that content‑driven cinema can still command strong box‑office numbers in a market dominated by big‑budget franchises. The producers have not disclosed the film's final budget, but the Rs 21 crore figure suggests a healthy return on investment at this stage.
