A pregnant woman in Rajgarh had to deliver her baby in a rental car after ambulance services failed to arrive on time, before being transferred to the district hospital.
In Rajgarh, a pregnant woman endured a night of distress after ambulance services failed to arrive on time. Her family arranged a rental car to transport her to Khilchipur Hospital.
While en route, the woman went into labor and delivered a baby girl inside the car, approximately one kilometre from the hospital.
The newborn, showing signs of low birth weight, was immediately transferred to Rajgarh District Hospital for further care.
Hospital officials confirmed that the mother and child are currently stable, and the incident highlights the need for timely emergency medical services in rural areas.
