Police in Kota issued a notice to Congress leader Prahlad Gunjal after he allegedly threatened the Office of the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, Om Birla.

Police in Kota, Rajasthan, served a formal notice to Congress leader Prahlad Gunjal following allegations that he threatened the Office of the Speaker of the Lok Sabha (OSD), Om Birla.
The notice was issued after a complaint was filed by officials of the OSD, who claimed that Gunjal made hostile remarks that could potentially disrupt the functioning of the Lok Sabha.
Gunjal, a senior Congress politician from Kota, has denied the allegations and stated that his comments were taken out of context.
The police have asked Gunjal to appear before the court within 15 days to respond to the complaint, and the case will be examined under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
