A newly formed depression is expected to deliver heavy rainfall across Andhra Pradesh and Kerala, while Delhi is forecasted to stay dry.
A new low‑pressure system has been identified by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) and is projected to bring heavy rains to Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. The depression is expected to produce rainfall amounts ranging from 50 to 100 mm in many parts of the two states, with some pockets potentially receiving even higher totals. In contrast, the forecast for Delhi shows clear skies and no showers, offering a respite after recent heavy rainfall in the capital. Residents in the affected regions are advised to stay alert, secure properties, and heed guidance from local authorities.
