Jaipur Metro Extends Service to 12:30 AM for Diwali, Nov 1-11

Jaipur Metro has extended its operational hours until 12:30 AM daily from today until November 11 to facilitate Diwali travel. The last trains from Mansarovar and Badi Choupal will depart at this extended time.
The Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation has announced an extension in its service hours to accommodate the surge in passenger traffic during the Diwali festival period. Starting from today and continuing until November 11, the metro service will operate until 12:30 AM every night.
Under the revised schedule, the last trains departing from the terminal stations of Mansarovar and Badi Choupal will leave at 12:30 AM. This measure aims to provide commuters with a reliable public transport option for late-night travel during the festive season.
In addition to extending the operating hours, the authority has also increased the frequency of trains. The daily number of ferries has been raised from 202 to 214 to ensure smoother and more frequent service for passengers.
This decision is part of broader efforts to manage the high volume of travel expected during Diwali, ensuring that residents and visitors can move across the city with greater convenience and safety.
