From 6 to 9 November, Jaipur will enforce vehicle entry bans in markets and parking restrictions on main roads starting at 6 pm, as part of a Diwali traffic plan.
Jaipur authorities have announced a Diwali traffic plan aimed at reducing congestion during the festival season. The plan will restrict vehicle entry into markets, including the Parokote area, from 6 pm on 6 November until 9 November. In addition, parking on major roads will be prohibited during the same period. The measures are intended to facilitate pedestrian movement and minimise traffic jams as residents celebrate Diwali across the city.
