A junior engineer with the Indore Municipal Corporation was arrested by the Lokayukta team for accepting a bribe of ₹5,000.
Harsha Gehlot, a junior engineer with the Indore Municipal Corporation's Zone-13, was apprehended by the Lokayukta team for allegedly accepting a bribe of ₹5,000. Gehlot was accused of demanding ₹6,000 for clearing a pending water tanker bill of ₹1.12 lakh and verifying logbooks. The Lokayukta team conducted a sting operation to trap Gehlot and gather evidence of his corrupt practices.
