Delhi-NCR Imposes GRAP-II Curbs as AQI Hits 324

Delhi's air quality index climbed to 324 on Monday, the highest reading in recent weeks. In response, the Delhi Pollution Control Committee has activated GRAP-II curbs across the National Capital Region. The measures involve regular mechanical cleaning of roads, systematic water sprinkling, and deployment of anti‑smog guns to curb dust. Officials say the curbs aim to reduce particulate matter and improve visibility. The curbs will remain in effect until air quality improves to safer levels.
