Congress Loses Bengaluru MLC Seat Despite Ballot Paper Voting

The Karnataka Legislative Council (MLC) elections saw the Congress party face a disappointing outcome in Bengaluru. Despite employing the traditional ballot paper voting system, the party lost a crucial seat in the city. This defeat is a significant blow to the Congress's ambitions in Karnataka, where they are currently the main opposition party. The results of the MLC elections will likely have implications for the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
