Chhattisgarh Principal Removed Over Distribution of Asaram-Linked Booklets

A school principal in Chhattisgarh has been removed from their position following an incident where they distributed booklets associated with the convicted criminal Asaram Bapu to students. The action was taken by the local education authorities upon discovering the distribution of these materials within the school premises.

The decision to remove the principal was made to ensure that no controversial or legally sensitive material is circulated among minors in an educational setting. The incident has sparked discussions about the content being shared in schools and the responsibility of staff members in maintaining a neutral and safe learning environment.

While specific details regarding the exact nature of the booklets were not elaborated in the initial report, the link to Asaram Bapu, who is serving a life sentence for multiple crimes, made the distribution a serious breach of protocol. The education department has emphasized that such actions are strictly prohibited in government and affiliated schools.

This move highlights the strict guidelines enforced in Chhattisgarh’s educational institutions to prevent the infiltration of extremist or controversial ideologies. The administration has assured that similar incidents will be met with swift disciplinary action to uphold the integrity of the education system.
