Monu Raj Chouhan from Bihar has reached Ujjain after a 236-day, 15,000 km journey on foot and by bicycle, having visited 10 Jyotirlingas to seek blessings for his mother.

Monu Raj Chouhan, a 19-year-old from Bihar, has arrived in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, after completing a grueling 15,000-kilometer religious journey. The young devotee undertook this arduous trek, combining running and cycling, with the specific intention of praying for his mother’s good health and long life.

Over the course of 236 days, Chouhan visited ten Jyotirlingas across India before reaching the holy city of Ujjain. Upon his arrival, he performed darshan at the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga and participated in the sacred Bhsm Aarti, a ritual of great significance in Hinduism.

The journey highlights the deep spiritual devotion of the devotee, who traversed vast distances on foot and by bicycle to fulfill his vow. His arrival in Ujjain marks the culmination of his pilgrimage, which began with a strong resolve to seek divine blessings for his family.
