A 42-year-old woman was found hanged in Jamunia Kala village, Bhopal, on the morning of Karwa Chauth, after telling her family she would observe the fast.
A tragic incident occurred in Jamunia Kala village under the Bilkhiri police station jurisdiction in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Anita Mathil, a 42-year-old woman, was found dead by hanging in her house on the morning of the Karwa Chauth festival.
According to local reports, the deceased had informed her family members the previous night that she intended to observe the Karwa Chauth fast. She retired to her room, but the next morning, her daughter discovered her body hanging from a rope inside the house.
The discovery of the body caused panic among the family members, who immediately alerted the local authorities. The police from the Bilkhiri police station rushed to the scene upon receiving the information.
The body was recovered and sent for post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death. The police are currently investigating the case to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident.
