Badal Questions Sanjeev Arora’s Candidacy Ahead of Punjab Elections

S. S. Badal, a senior BJP figure, raised concerns about Sanjeev Arora’s suitability as a candidate for the Punjab elections. The remarks were made during a press briefing ahead of the election campaign. Badal’s comments come as the party finalizes its candidate list and seeks to address voter apprehensions.

The BJP has not yet responded to Badal’s concerns, but the issue has sparked debate within the party’s Punjab unit. Analysts suggest that the question could influence the party’s strategy in key constituencies.

Observers note that the scrutiny reflects broader concerns about candidate selection and public perception in the state’s electoral politics.
