Amritsar: Youth dies after ingesting poison following dispute over gold ring

A tragic incident occurred in Amritsar where a young man lost his life after ingesting poison. The incident reportedly stemmed from a domestic dispute between him and his wife concerning a gold ring. According to reports, the wife had stated that the ring had been sold and advised the husband to do whatever he wished, which led to a heated argument.

Following the altercation, the young man consumed a lethal dose of poison. He was subsequently rushed to a local hospital for emergency treatment. Despite the medical team's efforts, the patient succumbed to his injuries and passed away while under care.
